                                                DIRECTIONS
1. Send an email or call Craig Cartography stating quantity, folded or laminated version,
     and your name, address, city, state, zip, phone and email.

2. I will respond to the email or call with the total amount due which incl shipping/handling.

3. Place a check or money order in the mail for the full amount and mail to:

4. Your order will arrive within a week of receiving the payment unless other arrangements
     are made. Credit cards accepted through paypal.
